As a client you start sitting on a stool, you will say a prayer and the practitioner will place their hands on your head, front and back. Some people will stay sitting on the stool for the full 90-minute session, others will move, others will lay down on the soft-wool rugs – pillows, blankets, and tissues are always nearby.
People have different experiences with this type of healing, some have physical motion-based release, some fall asleep, some have past-life regressions, do yoga, or have profound realizations.
