Rub your hands together briskly for at least 10 seconds.
You can clear the energy in your electro-magnetic field, including your chakras and what is known as “your aura” with your hands. First activate your hands by rubbing them together. After rubbing them for at least 10 seconds, hold them about 3-6″ apart moving your hands towards and away from each other. If you feel your hands are all glowy and tingly, and there is an energy bubble between them you are now ready to cleanse and fluff your aura.
Take your hands and hold them about 3-6″ away from your body and run them along your electro-magnetic field. Use your hands as you would use a washcloth or sponge if you were having a sponge-bath. You can ‘flick’ energy out of your field, scrub at difficult spots, and hold your hand over an area that feels weak. Weakness can be detected by the feeling of cold-air rushing out of the aura, or a tingling feeling as if you were holding your hand over a champagne glass. When this happens, you can ‘pump’ your hand up and down over the spot to add more energy, and best of all hold your hand directly on your skin where you need more energy, or repair.
You can feel the energy!
Cleansing the aura is easy and you can do it on others. Ask them to relax, it doesn’t matter if they are standing or laying down. Have both parties say a prayer to the God of your understanding for your healing and highest good (or use the CCMBA prayer), activate your hands manually (or use psychic activation if you can) and then begin to run them about 6″ above the other persons skin. It makes no difference if they are wearing clothes or not. You will feel the difference in their energy fields if there is weakness, healing, chords or rips.
When the body is healing their energy will feel hot, it is very active. Cords feel like… well cords, strings if they are tiny, ropes if they are small, and big old cosmic tractor plugs if they are large, you can pull these out if the person is ready to let go, otherwise they just re-attach like a bad habit. If someone wants to remove their cords and is struggling, ask the Angels to help this person release any attachment to this being, memory, or situation throughout all permutations of space and time. Ask that the lessons be learned, and the situations resolved permanently, and/or forgiven through grace. Sometimes a cord can feel like a ‘tug-of-war’ between two entities. No cord is a good cord because it traps energy in a circuit that is unhealthy, patterned on a past event, trapping the evolution of both parties, and also decreases the amount of vital energies that both parties have available directly for their health, wealth, and joyful manifestations!

Crystal healing goes really well with all kinds of other healings such as any kind of meditation, breath-work, guided visualizations, past-life regressions, Angel Therapy®, counseling, sleeping, with a salt-bath (use only quartz derivatives if you are unsure which minerals are good for your body) and more… Crystals are a good addition to any alter, any desk, any healing area, and practice. In fact, many spiritual healers such as shamans will use quartz crystals directly when they are doing healings. Quartz has incredible properties, it is piezoelectric, can be programmed by our prayers, and used to channel, send/receive, particular patterns of energies and frequencies. In certain types of energy healing such as Hawaiian Temple Healing, I use a Vogel-Cut quartz crystal to channel energy like a laser into people’s bodies to help clear blockages and stuck energies that are ready to be released.
Herkimer Diamonds
Crystals increase the energy flow in any area, house your prayers, and stabilize the patterns of energies into and around your chakras.
You can receive a custom crystal taping as a healing booster with any healing service. The crystals will be “toned” with the prayers and energy work of your healing session. Wearing crystals during and after a healing session will help you maintain your new frequencies. Many people are comfortable receiving a temporary healing, but the real magic happens when you let the new energies transform your life permanently. If you are not-used to alchemical shifts, having the crystals will extend the longevity of your session and help you make the healing shifts permanent. The heavy grade of medical tape I use is strong enough to keep the crystals on overnight during sleep, during any activity where you sweat lightly, and during light showering if not extensively rubbed.
Citrine
The crystals used during tapings can be used over and over again if properly cleansed after each use. There are several ways to cleanse your crystals. With quartz crystals you can literally wash them in water, with soap if oily. To cleanse their aura, place them in a clean dish with heavily (naturally) salted water, or a running stream of cool water (an actual stream is best!). To recharge the quartz with organic frequencies that will benefit you, lay them in direct sunlight on a beautiful natural mat, brass or copper bowl, with other crystals, or directly in/on the earth, or in direct moonlight. Whatever you place near your quartz has an influence on the programming of the quartz. When a quartz is programmed by prayer, the Vogel institute discovered that it emits a low-frequency humming noise that is discernible with high-quality recording equipment. In addition, when quartz is exposed to frequencies, its molecular shape changes. So when you place quartz in cleansing environments like salt-water, the earth, or the sun, what you are essentially doing is exposing it to healing and healthy frequencies that change the shape and resonance of the crystal; furthermore, it allows the quartz to then radiate, or beam these healing frequencies into you when you bring them into your space.
You can also clear your quartz crystals by placing them below your nose as a shaman would do, and visualizing healing crystal clear white light coming in through the top of your head (crown chakra) and shooting out of your nostrils onto the crystal. Use the pranayama breath, only focusing on breathing out, and don’t open your mouth at all. Turn the crystal several times as you blow on it, to expose all sides, and to ensure that you have cleared all the electromagnetic patterning in the crystal with the healing pure light of God and the Angels!
Amethyst
Quartz has been studied extensively as containing piezoelectric properties. As a result of these fascinating properties, shamans use quartz to help with healing, channeling energy, and ceremonies. When a shaman holds or rubs a quartz and prays into it, the frequency of the prayer will change the physical shape of the quartz and the quartz will start to emit a frequency in accordance with the prayer. When quartz is compressed it emits a small electrical charge that can power a small machine or computer such as a watch. How Crystals Work:
Dr. Emoto demonstrates that the value of prayer organizes water. Our bodies are filled with water, and we require a massive amount of water to survive. When water receives prayer its molecules organize themselves according to the vibrational resonance of the prayer. In other words the water becomes informed, it stores information and that information is related to its shape because the molecules are in-formation.
What does this have to do with crystals? Crystals, quartz specifically is in a formation as well. Glass is the same chemical composition as quartz, but it is uninformed, and therefore does not have the same piezo-electric qualities of quartz. When you place a quartz next to water, or a body of water such as your body, it INFORMS that water. The resonance of the crystal has information in it, due to the organization of its molecular structure, and that information acts similarly to a prayer in that it shares that information through vibrational entrainment with the water in your body.
