If you spend time living or working in a space where the energy is not healthy it can be very challenging. Sometimes there is a residue from previous inhabitants, people who visit the space, generically invasive low-frequencies, or unwelcome spirits. At other times a space feels pretty good, and we can move it towards more divine excellence by de-cluttering, clarifying the energy, and making sacred space for good spirits! Another easy tool you can use to improve the energy in your space is to create a sacred space altar to god, the angels, nature spirits, flowers, your children, anything you love including your family, animals, and your higher self. Use crystals, fresh flowers, books, photos, nice fabrics, toys, incense if it is safe, aromatherapy or natural smudging herbs like sage, copal, frankincense or myrrh. If you have an old t-shirt, or mug from a special time in your life, a magazine cut-out from a personal hero you can add it in. Basically, anything that uplifts your spirit and makes you feel centered and whole. You could even add a musical instrument on your altar that you can use to play!
Fresh Flowers
You are a divine being, and you have a right to a beautiful space. As Sonia Choquette once said, start with your socks. If you have old socks throw them away, get good socks and underwear. Wear clothes that make you feel good. Your body is your home and it is of benefit to you to feel good in it. Enjoy your space and your life! Eat well and be well.
